Testimonials
June 5, 2010I wanted to let you know that I purchased a Ford Explorer in 2002 with 4
Michelin tires on it. I did have a run in with a curb and blew the side wall on one and replaced
it, HOWEVER the other 3 were on my car until I repalced 2 of them because they were starting to
crack on the sides and my mechanic said I needed to replace the. The last tire is still on my
car and my mechanic was amazed that they were original tires and one is still OK!!!!!
My car has 103,000 miles on it. Needless to say I will only buy Michelin for my cars in the
future. Thank you very much for a great product in a world of inferior ones.*

June 5, 2010I want to share my experience with you to let you know how great your
products are. I purchased a New Toyota 4Runner in the Fall of 2003 that came equipped with
Michelin Cross Terrain Tires. I have put 113,000 miles on the Toyota as well as the ORIGINAL
Michelin Tires. The tires have held up so well that I have never had to replace any of the
tires due to flats or tread wear. The only thing I have had to do was regular tire rotations
which were performed by authorized Michelin retailers. Each time I had a tire rotation I
would ask the retailer about the condition of the tires and if they recomended replacements
and they have always told me that the tires were in great shape. This has always been
surprising to me with the amount of miles I had on the tires I would think the retailer
would try to sell me a new set... but that has never been the case. Recently I took my
4 runner in for an oil change and tire rotation. The retailer told me that he thought the
tire tread was getting low and that I should start thinking about putting new tires on the car.
I then told him that I wasn't surprised since the tires had 113,000 miles on them. At that
point all of the servicemen at the retailer stopped what they were doing and gave me a shocked
look. They told me that they have never seen a set of tires that had that many miles on them
and still be in that great a shape. One of the servicemen even suggested that I write you a
letter informing you about my situation because of how rare it is for a tire to hold up that
well. I believe that your tires are the best tires available. Now that I am needing to
replace my original set I will definitely be purchasing another set of Michelin Cross Terrains.
Who knows.... they may last another 100,000 miles too. Keep up the great work!*

March 3, 2010I wanted to pass on my gratitude for the quality of your tires.
I purchased a set of your Cross Terrain tires for my Mazda Tribute in 2005, and just replaced
them today. Nothing unique about that, except that they had 108,253 miles on them, and still
had 2/32 tread depth remaining. Over their lifetime, they've been pushed hard
(I really like corners!), kept properly inflated, and rotated regularly. I am so satisfied,
in fact, that after doing a fair amount of research on tires for this vehicle, I replaced them
with a new set of Cross Terrains. Thank you for building a great tire!!*

December 17, 2008I just had to write to let you know about my OUTSTANDING experience with the
Michelin tires on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner. I am proud to say I have 118,000 miles on my truck
and still have the original Michelin® tires that the vehicle came with. They have just hit the
4/32 mark and I will be replacing them with the exact same tire. I do care for my tires and
have rotated and balanced almost every 5000 miles like clockwork. Thanks for the wonderful
design and the only tires I have ever gotten over 100,000 miles on.
I look forward to replacing them in the next month or so.*

November 24, 2008I wanted to take the time to write to you today to thank you for making such a great product. I own a 2003 Toyota 4Runner which came with a set of Michelin® P265/65R17 110s as original equipment. My 4Runner now has almost 110,000 miles with the same set of original tires. The tread is finally getting to a stage where they need replacing (5/32nds). It goes without saying I will be replacing these tires with the same Michelin® P265/65R17 110s. I am by no means a delicate driver but I do rotate my tires every 15,000 miles. Family and friends are amazed by the distance I am achieving with your tires. Again, I wanted to thank you. In a day and age where companies are doing everything to cut costs to stay competitive, it is nice to know Michelin continues to produces quality products. Keep up the good work!*

June 22, 2008I used to think SUV's were condemned to excessive road noise. I now know what a difference the right tire can make. I recently purchased MICHELIN Cross Terrain® SUV tires for my vehicle and it's quieter than ever. It steers like a dream and stops on a dime. If these tires last as long as I expect I will be hooked on MICHELINS for the rest of my driving years! These are great tires!*
- Sandy Pace
April 23, 2008I have driven my vehicle with MICHELIN Cross Terrain® SUV tires for four years. I just hit 90,000 miles and I am still riding on the original tires. Michelin has always been my tire of choice because they are dependable and long lasting. The Cross Terrains have exceeded my expectations. I just wanted to thank you for producing such an excellent product.*

February 28, 2008I have MICHELIN Cross Terrain® SUV tires. While on the highway, I ran over some sheet metal thrown from a truck in front of me. The tires blew out and the tow truck driver told me "the tires performed exactly as they were designed and were destroyed from the inside." I was safe, but had the tires not been designed in that way I fear the outcome could have been different. Thanks Michelin for making a high quality tire.*

February 13, 2008I purchased a new vehicle in 2003 with MICHELIN Cross Terrain® SUV tires nstalled. I am now ready to replace them, with the mileage on my vehicle (and them) at 97,000 miles! Tire dealers who are giving me quotes can hardly believe it! As a woman who travels alone, and is not fond of changing tires in the winter, I can say I am beyond happy! I intend to replace them with the exact model. Thank you for a great product.*
